Upon agreement with guest, it is possible to give some discount for certain period.
Tourist tax and utility costs are included in the price.
When confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required. The deadline of the advance payment is 5 days from the conclusion of the reservation.
The remaining part of the payment, 70% of the total amount of the stay, is due at least 14 days before arrival.
For short-term bookings outside the season, the dates for payment for the stay are individual by agreement with the host.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 14 days before the start date, 100% of the amount paid amount is returned without transaction fees.
In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 7 days before the start date, 50% of the paid amount is returned without transaction fees.
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the start date, the amount paid is not returned.
If the guest does not show up for the stay, the amount paid is not returned.
